Creekside Park in The Woodlands is located just south of Spring Creek between Gosling and Kuykendahl. The Village of Creekside Park will be home to about 7100 homes when it is completed.
 
The first phase opened in October of 2007. When completed Creekside will have about 5,500 single family homes, 550 age qualified (55+), 750 multi-family homes and about 300 in the gated community of Carlton Woods Creekside.
 
1,850 acres have been set aside for parks and green spaces. This includes the 20 acre Rob Fleming Park which has a Craftsman style lodge, walking trails, a naturally landscaped lake with a lakeside conservation trail. Rob Fleming Park has a trail head to the George Mitchell Natural Preserve. The George Mitchell preserve is a 1,700 acre nature preserve which features seven miles of frontage along Spring Creek.
 
Creekside Park features a mixture of home styles and builders. The homes range in price from $200,000 to $700,000. The sizes of the homes range from 2200 square feet to almost 5000. Amenities varies and can include 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, game rooms, studies, media rooms, three-car tandem garages and port chochere.
The homebuilders include Wilshire Homes, Village Builders, Trendmaker Homes, Plantation Homes, Highland Homes, David Weekly Homes, Darling Homes and Chesmar Homes.
