Sherwood Forest is located in Tomball TX off of Baker Road and SH 249.  It is hard to find homes that are actually in the city limits so if you are looking for an established home in Tomball this might be just the place for you.  There are only 150 homes in the subdivision.   The restrictions are light; you may have your travel trailer in the yard but no permanent mobile homes are allowed in the subdivision.  The HOA fees  are low at the present time the fees are $10 per year.

The majority of the homes in the subdivision were built in the late 1970's and early 1980's with some homes in the 1960's and some as recently as 2003.  Square footage of the homes range from 1200 square feet to about 2600 square feet. Current sales  ranged from $135,000 to $202,000. The lots are all on over-sized lots with an abudance of towering pines and oak trees.

Sherwood Forest is located in the city limits of Tomball and is accessible to all the amenities Tomball has to offer.  It is close to shopping, medical facilities, ball parks, parks and much more.

The subdivision is in the highly acclaimed Tomball ISD.   The elementary is Tomball, the middle school is Tomball and the high school is Tomball High.
