Stone Lake is located off of Mueschke Rd to the west of Tomball.  Accessible to  SH 249 to the east and Hwy 290 to the west.  This is a small subdivision with only about 75 home sites and most of them on one to two acres.   There are however a few sites on as much as 8 acres.

The subdivision is almost built out, it opened in the early 2000's.   The size of the homes range  from 2500 square feet to 5500 square feet. 

This is a great place to have horses, many homes have horses with a small barn.  A number of the homes surround the lake.  The subdivision is in the highly acclaimed Tomball ISD.  The elementary is Rosehill, the middle school is Tomball and the high school is Tomball High.

Homes sales are currently in the $215,000 to $435,000 range.  The subdivision has a homeowner's association but is NOT in a MUD district.  The tax rate is $2.56 per 100 home value.  The lower tax rate helps to keep the taxes down.
