Willow Forest is located in Northwest Harris County at Kukendahl and Dowdell.  Willow Forest has a Tomball mailing but is in the Klein Independent School District.  It is conveniently located with an easy commute to either Houston or The Woodlands. 

Willow Forest has homes built in the late 1970's, middle 1980's and late 1990's.  There's a wide range of architecture styles.   Square footage ranges from 1500 square feet to about 2500 square feet.  Current sales prices fall between $87,000 to $130,000.  The subdivision is an established neighborhood with lots of trees.

Willow Forest is within walking distance to Schultz elementary.  It is not common to find a subdivision where your children can walk to school.  The first section of Willow Forest was built back in the late 1970's to the mid 1980's.  These homes range in size from about 1500 square feet to 2300 square feet. 

Willow Forest is where you can find your affordable Victorian home.  I have found it hard to find Victorian homes and this subdivision abounds with them.  As you can see there are lots of towering pines and large hardwoods throughout the subdivision.

The back part of Willow Forest was built in the early to mid 1990's by Royce homes. These homes are easily accessible off of Dowdell with easy access to FM 2920.  The homes in this section range in size from about 1500 square feet to close to 3000 square feet. 

Willow Forest has wonderful amenities for their residents.  They have a club house, swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's playground.

As I said earlier Willow Forest is in the acclaimed Klein ISD. The grade school is Schultz Elementary, the intermediate is Hildebrandt and the high school is Klein Oak.
